Reserves

The Grady County Sheriff's Office reserve program is staffed by CLEET Certified Deputies which assist the full-time deputies in daily patrols and other assignments as needed. The duties of a reserve deputy include:

• Responding to calls for service
• Crime prevention
• Completing reports
• Resolving disputes
• Conducting traffic enforcement
• Assisting other agencies throughout the county as needed

The Reserve Deputy program serves as a vital link between the Sheriff's Office and the public at large. Reserve Deputies donate thousands of hours per year which saves the County on salaries and it also ensures that the citizens of Grady County never have to go without law enforcement coverage.
