Applications and fingerprints for handgun licenses are done at the Grady County Jail Tuesday – Thursday 9:30AM - 11:30AM.
Please bring your completed application (make sure all areas are signed), two (2) passport size pictures, gun certificate from the class you took, a cashier's check or money order made out to the Grady County Sheriff's Office for $25 for fingerprints, and the payment or receipt from an online payment made to OSBI.
If you complete the application online using a credit card, you will have to print the confirmation page showing payment. If you only fill it out you must attach a check or money order for the length of the license. It will be made out to OSBI.
All fingerprint and handgun license applications are to be submitted at the Grady County Justice Autority (the jail).
